My passion is movement.
I grew up in the middle of the swiss alps and since early in my life I grew to love the outdoors. Mountains and the spirit of living within the mountains fascinate me. As a passionate climber, mountaineer and skier I love to pass on my experience, knowledge and passion to you in summer and in winter.
I also love to express myself in movement of any kind. Using my body in a fluent, healthy and fun way is essential for me. In my studies to become a qualified movement teacher and pedagogue I learned the methods of hatha yoga, pilates, gymnastics and contemporary dance. I usually combine all methods in my classes. My classes also contain elements of Ideokinese, the art of imagination, and some elements from BodyMindCentering.
We only have one body. The key to take care of it is to listen and understand what it needs.

Creativity and mindfulness help you to discover your own authentic way of dancing. In this class you will be guided and motivated to create spontanous movements and find your qualities of moving your body in different situations.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. All of this is combined with a sense of body awareness. Through Pilates, you’ll get to know your anatomy and the sense of how to move the body in a healthy way.

It makes me happy to enable my guests to have a good day in the mountains and to see how they improve their skiing skills while sharing the joy of the sport.

I teach climbing courses, sportclimbing and multipitch, for children and teenagers and offer personalized hikes in the spectacular alpine terrain of the engadine valley.
I will always be accompanied by a Swiss Mountainguide or certificated Climbing Instructor for any climbing courses.
